The Siddha Waterfront Project is a large scale residential development 20 km from the centre of Kolkata. The completed development will consist of 18 G+14 storey residential buildings, that will contain over 1,500 flats.

The Saakaar Kalptaru project is a residential complex of apartments based in Begusarai. When complete the project will comprise
of 48,570ft and six storeys. The RCC framed structure will be earthquake resistant, with 5” thick infill brick panels.
Delhi One, Delhi
The Delhi One Project is a mixed-use development currently under construction, incorporating residential, hospitality, leisure and business. The contemporary development will be a significant landmark in Delhi and consists of 9 multi storey towers ranging from 21 to 42 storeys.
Soba Meritta, Chennai
This luxury gated community, spread across 6 acres of greenery, consists of 556 elegantly crafted apartments divided into 5 spacious blocks. Sobha wanted to start servicing the site with BBS for the first time ever and the
key challenge was to ensure accuracy and frugal consumption of reinforcement steel.
Sector 90, Gurgaon
The project was to build three 18 storey residential buildings. RebarCAD enabled the accurate calculation of the bar length and its weight based on IS codes.
Majhergaon Development, Kolkata
The Majhergaon Development is a luxury 5 storeyed residential housing project with 29 blocks near Badu Road in Madhyamgram, Kolkata. There are 730 hi-tech construction apartments set in 10 acres of clean, green, pollution free land. The complex includes a community hall, a banquet hall, a gymnasium and a swimming pool.
Chellagatta Village,Bangalore
The project was to build a 12 storey office building using a roller compacted concrete flat slab system. CADS provide the detailing software as well as technical support.
Salt Lake, Kolkata
Manturam Realtors constructed G+3 & G+5 residential premises in Kolkata, SaltLake & New Town. It took approximately 12 month time to complete a project and used 150 tonnes of reinforcing steel.
Noapara-Dakshineswar Metro Project, Kolkata
A complex development that will ultimately extend the metro corridor from Noapara to Dakshinesar in Kolkata. The completed project will consist of an elevated metro viaduct, metro embankment, diversion of a 1.8km stretch of the Belgharia Expressway and construction of two metro stations.
Delhi Metro Red Line, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
The project was to design and construct the elevated viaduct and 8 elevated stations, including the architectural finishing works of the stations, of Phase 3 of the Delhi MRTS. The Delhi Metro is expecting a ridership of 4 million after completion of this phase.
